• The front desk is open daily from 7:30 AM – 11:30 PM
• Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival
• This property doesn’t offer after-hours check-in

• Children are welcome
• Children up to the age of 12 years can stay for free if using existing beds when occupying the parent or guardian’s room
• Rollaway/extra beds are available for CAD 15.00 per night
• Cribs (infant beds) are not available

At Horseshoe Bay Motel, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness and efficient management of our reservations, Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Standard Cancellation Policy
96-Hour Cancellation Rule: Cancellations must be made at least 96 hours (4 days) prior to the scheduled midnight day of arrival to avoid full charges.

A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled bookings, regardless of the time of cancellation.

If a reservation is cancelled within 96 hours of check-in, the full booking amount is non-refundable.

Special Policy for LNG Project Bookings
All bookings related to the LNG project made through our website are 100% non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation notice period.
