At HorseshoeBay Motel, we understand that sometimes plans can change. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests efficiently, we’ve put in place the following cancellation policy:
General Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of your total booking amount will be charged.
48-Hour Cancellation Rule: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date, the full booking amount is non-refundable. This means you will not receive any refund for cancellations made within this period.
