Cancellation Policy for Horseshoe Bay Motel
At Horseshoe Bay Motel, we understand that sometimes plans can change. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests efficiently, we’ve put in place the following cancellation policy:
General Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of your total booking amount will be charged.
48-Hour Cancellation Rule: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date, the full booking amount is non-refundable. This means you will not receive any refund for cancellations made within this period.
